Computerworld has published its list of Denmark’s 100 Most Powerful IT Professionals in 2026. Among those featured is our Head of Legal and IT Counsel, Kasia Torian, who ranks #68. The ranking is based on factors such as position, achievements, credibility, and the ability to shape the IT agenda in Denmark.
For Kasia, the recognition is above all a confirmation that her work in cybersecurity, data protection, and digital rights is making a real difference:

For more than 20 years, Kasia has worked with data protection, IT law, and compliance. She serves as Head of Legal at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Nordics and is a certified IT lawyer, certified DPO, and founder and chair of the DPO Association. Through both her professional work and industry engagement, she has helped translate complex legal requirements into practical solutions for public and private organizations alike.
According to Computerworld, the list highlights the people shaping the future of Danish IT through their expertise, achievements, and influence. And with influence comes responsibility, says Kasia:
“Being on the list means that I am among those helping shape how Denmark addresses some of the most important challenges in cybersecurity and data ethics. This is a responsibility I take seriously.”
